We are a Hong Kong-based financial services provider offering bespoke services to individual and corporate clients. Our main business comprises (i) securities brokerage; (ii) securities-backed lending; and (iii) placing and underwriting.

Through our main operating subsidiary, Pinestone Securities Limited (“PSL”), we are licensed to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activity under the SFO, including brokerage services, margin financing services as well as placing and underwriting services in Hong Kong. PSL is also an Exchange Participant.

To deliver fully integrated wealth capabilities, our operating subsidiary, Pinestone Capital Asset Management Limited, is licensed to carry out Type 4 (Advising on Securities) and Type 9 (Asset Management) regulated activities. Through this entity, we offer institutional-grade asset management and tailored investment advisory services designed to help clients optimize capital allocation and capture market opportunities.

In order to provide a one-stop securities-backed lending service, we also offer money lending services on a case-by-case basis, which is conducted via our subsidiary, Pinestone Capital Group Limited, an entity licensed and regulated under the Money Lenders Ordinance.
